Wordless Wednesday

In keeping with my theme to post non-wintery pictures, here's one I took last year of an Arizona cotton field at sunset. Ah the sun! I miss it!

I used to not really get why people would move south when they retired, but the older I get the more attractive retiring to Arizona sounds. :)

At first I thought it was snow! Then I didn't recognize the plants--it really does look snowy!

Lovely! And warm! I'm so used to looking at snow, though, I can't help thinking that fluffy cotton is snow. lol Think Spring! ;o)

Doesn't it look like snow? We used to call it Arizona snow, especially when it blew off the trucks hauling it and lined the sides of the roads like slush.
