I have Internet!
I don't think I've ever been without it this long since I've had Internet back in, um, 1993? Wow. Anyhow, glad to have one of my permanently-attached appendages back.

Sadly, I begin to have a panic attack when I'm away from it for longer than a few hours. Or rather when I know it's not working. Well, not exactly but sort of. When I've driven cross country, I would not stay in a hotel/motel unless it had wireless or cable internet. It was the first thing I did when I got my suitcase in the door -- open up the laptop and check my email. Sad. :)
Yeah, Mich and I did that too. Get into a hotel at 3 AM and we stay up until 4 checking our email. It's a sickness.

I have a new blog name suggestion for you: Midwestern Meander. Brings to mind cornfields, cows . . . um, mailboxes. Very exotic, don't you think? ;)
